The depot is manned by an operations manager who is fully aware of the movement of trucks to and from the depot through a centralised operations and planning function.

The operations and planning function is regarded as the heart of the company and is closely monitored to ensure high standards of service excellence.

To facilitate and maintain high service levels the vehicles are equipped with two-way radio communication systems and all drivers have access to cellular telephone communication.

Our operations function is run 24 hours a day and vehicles movements are recorded on a planning board twice a day, detailing information such as position and estimated delivery times.

We have partnersips with big truck servicing companies in all the major cities in the areas we operate in. These companies have technicians on standby 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

All drivers are provided with cellphones which work in all the countries of operation and these enable the drivers to report breakdowns immediately.

In the event of a serious breakdown rendering the truck useable, a replacement truck will immediately be dispatched to collect the trailer and proceed with the delivery. The relevant customer contact person are always kept abreast of the breakdown recovery and any changes in delivery times.

We have workshops in Harare and Johannesburg where our trucks are serviced.

We also have a mobile truck service and well experienced mechanics to undertake any repairs.

Our in house workshop facilities are adequately equipped with the necessary service, lubrication and general repair facilities.

Our infrastructure can cater for minor breakdowns to complete engine rebuilds.
